Low Income Seniors and Low-Income Persons with Disabilities

Low income seniors and low-income persons with disabilities may be eligible for a residential property tax rebate of up to $200.00 in any given year. An outline of eligibility, as per the County of Peterborough By-law, can be found on the Relief of Tax Increase Application Form.

Eligibility includes:

• Reciving GIS, ODSP, or Ontario Works
• Owning and living in your home as your principal residents.
