Bulk Water

The Township has a bulk water filling station located at the Municipal Office at 988 County Road 10. This station is self-serve and operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week, unless otherwise posted.

It is recommended to visit the bulk water station in advance to determine what length of hose/fittings you will require for your setup and withdrawal of water.  We are unable to supply a hose for connection to the distribution faucet; so you will need to bring your own. You will need a female end camlock with a hose connection diameter of 3-inches.

Bulk Water Fees

The bulk water rate for 2025 is $3.28 per cubic meter. The Bulk Water rate is detailed in the Water & Wastewater User Fees and Charges By-law. 

Payments can be made through your online water account or in person at the Municipal Office during regular operating hours.

New bulk water purchasing system

We have installed a new, customer friendly system that will allow you greater control and convenience when purchasing your bulk water.  The new web-based system will allow you to create an online account for tracking and purchase of bulk water online at any time.

How to Apply

Fill out the online account application and be sure to include the mandatory information including email and address. Detailed instructions on how to apply for an account are available through the online registration document.  

Once submitted, please allow up to two business days for the Township to review and process the customer application. The customer will receive a confirmation email verifying the account and access code. A link will also be provided to the customer to load their account via a credit card. All accounts will be set-up as prepaid, and no charge accounts will be allowed. Detailed instructions on how to add funds to your account are available through the online payment instructions document. 

Existing bulk water accounts have been grandfathered into the new system. Please login to the Simcom portal using your registered email address as the Username and your former Operator PIN # as your temporary Password. It is recommended to change your password after your first login. If you have difficulty logging in or wish to create an online account and have never registered an email with our old Bulk Water System, please contact cmanduca@cavanmonaghan.net or 705-932-9323.

The new Bulk Water Terminal operates similarly to the old system, please review the detailed filling instructions. You will need both your Access Code (former Division/Vehicle #), which is provided by Township, and Validation Code (former Operation PIN #), which is created by the Customer during registration, to operate the terminal.
