Victoria Day Hours of Operation

Please be advised that the Municipal Office and the Transfer Station will be closed Monday May 18th for Victoria Day.  They will re-open Tuesday May 19th.

The garbage and recycling curbside pick up schedule is not affected by this closure.

Parking

Under By-law No. 2024-56, the Township regulates traffic and parking within the Township of Cavan Monaghan. The Township's parking by-law is enforced by the Township By-law Enforcement Officer.

A written complaint form is required to register a complaint for a contravention of the parking by-law. During the winter months parking overnight on Township is restricted to allow for snowplowing operations.
