Road Occupancy Permit

When you are proposing to host an event or utilize Township Roads, a Road Occupancy Permit is required.  A Traffic Management Plan and Certificate of Insurance are required to be included with the application.

The Certificate of Insurance must show third party liability coverage in the amount of $5,000,000 with the Township of Cavan Monaghan as an additional named insured and containing a cross liability clause.
