Tax and Utility Certificates

The cost for a tax certificate is as follows:

• Tax & Utility Certificate $70.00 per roll number

If a certificate is required within 48 hours an additional 25% premium will be charged. Please allow 3-5 business days to process tax certificates. We do not provide verbal information over the telephone. Requests may be mailed, faxed or emailed to the tax department; however, proof of payment must be attached.
