October Utility Bills Update

October utility bills that were impacted by the Canada Post service disruptions were mailed to customers on November 4th, 2025.  

Residents can register for paperless billing at anytime at: www.cavanmonaghan.net/gopaperless.  

Staff are available in person and by phone to assist with account inquiries during regular business hours. Call 705-932-2929 for support. A drop-off box is also available at the Municipal Office for payments and correspondence.

The Cavan Monaghan Libraries offer free access to books, media and materials for pleasure reading or research. The two branches have computers with high-speed internet available for public use.
