October Utility Bills Update

October utility bills that were impacted by the Canada Post service disruptions were mailed to customers on November 4th, 2025.  

Residents can register for paperless billing at anytime at: www.cavanmonaghan.net/gopaperless.  

Staff are available in person and by phone to assist with account inquiries during regular business hours. Call 705-932-2929 for support. A drop-off box is also available at the Municipal Office for payments and correspondence.

Paramedic Services

Peterborough County-City Paramedics (PCCP) provides emergency medical care to citizens and visitors of both Peterborough County and City.

They are jointly funded by the County of Peterborough, City of Peterborough and the Province of Ontario through the Ministry of Health.

Head office is located on Armour Road in the City of Peterborough, with additional bases located in Peterborough, Lakefield, Norwood, Apsley and a seasonal base in Buckhorn.

The paramedic service has highly trained professionals. They have 2 levels of Paramedics - Advanced Care Paramedics (ACP) and Primary Care Paramedics (PCP).
