The day will feature keynote speaker Barbara Crowhurst, CEO of Retail Makeover. An internationally recognized retail specialist, business coach, and speaker, Crowhurst brings decades of experience working with some of North America's largest retail corporations and thousands of independent business owners. Attendees will gain invaluable insights into best practices, customer engagement, merchandising, and sustainable growth.

In addition to the keynote presentation, the event will include a Local Retail Business Panel, offering real-world experiences and ideas from business leaders in the region.

The day also includes networking opportunities and presentations on local economic development initiatives and upcoming business supports for Summer and Fall 2025.
