Ward Boundary Adjustment

Adopted: July 5, 2021/Last Day of Appeal: August 20, 2021

Notice is hereby given this 6th day of July, 2021 in accordance with Section 222(3) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, that Council of the Township of Cavan Monaghan adopted By-law No. 2021-43 to adjust the ward boundaries in the Township;

And Take Notice that pursuant to Subsection 222(4) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, any person may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) in respect of the By-law by filing with the Clerk of the Township, not later than the 20th day of August, 2021, a notice of appeal setting out the objections to the by-law and the reasons in support of the objections and accompanied by the prescribed fee required by the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT).
