Neighbourhood Information Meeting: CSU Developments Inc. and Vargas Properties Inc.

The Biglieri Group Inc. is the planning consultant for the proposed CSU Developments Inc. and Vargas Properties Inc. Draft Plan of Subdivision and associated Official Plan Amendment (OPA) applications.

  • The CSU lands are located in Part of Lot 11, Concession 5 of the Cavan Ward and are municipally addressed as 787 and 825 Fallis Line. They are located on the south side of Fallis Line, west of the Towerhill South community (see map).
  • The Vargas lands are described as Part of Lot 13, Concession 5, and do not have a municipal address. These lands are located at the southeast corner of Fallis Line and County Road 10 (see map).

The Biglieri Group is hosting a neighbourhood information meeting, via Zoom, to provide an overview of the applications, to respond to questions from the public and receive feedback about the applications.  The meeting will take place on:

This meeting is not the statutory public meeting required under The Planning Act.  The Township of Cavan Monaghan together with Peterborough County will be hosting the statutory public meeting at a later date. Notice of that public meeting will be provided in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act.
