• Did you know that before you can get a building permit, there are other rules and regulations that you need to consider? Without taking care of those things, it could delay, or in some cases change or even stop your project. 
  • That is why it is very important that all projects start by consulting with the Planning department by using the Land use Inquiry form.
• If you are building or buying a new home, your builder should be registered with TARION.

  • There is a TARION Builder Directory where you can find your potential contractor. Once you have entered and found the contractor, you will see their status with TARION. You can find more detailed information by double clicking their company name.
