October Utility Bills Update

October utility bills that were impacted by the Canada Post service disruptions were mailed to customers on November 4th, 2025.  

Residents can register for paperless billing at anytime at: www.cavanmonaghan.net/gopaperless.  

Staff are available in person and by phone to assist with account inquiries during regular business hours. Call 705-932-2929 for support. A drop-off box is also available at the Municipal Office for payments and correspondence.

Members of Council have the privilege of attaining elected office. That privilege carries significant responsibilities and obligations with respect to public trust. In order to strengthen the role of Council and to enhance public trust with respect to obligations of its members, the Code of Conduct is established to govern and regulate the ethical conduct of all Council members.
