The Clerk's Department processes all requests for information under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

This Act gives the public the right to request access to government held information. Requests for information under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act must be in writing {online form} and accompanied with a $5.00 fee.
