October Utility Bills Update

October utility bills that were impacted by the Canada Post service disruptions were mailed to customers on November 4th, 2025.  

Residents can register for paperless billing at anytime at: www.cavanmonaghan.net/gopaperless.  

Staff are available in person and by phone to assist with account inquiries during regular business hours. Call 705-932-2929 for support. A drop-off box is also available at the Municipal Office for payments and correspondence.

    • 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. | Breakfast with Santa at Pastry Peddler
    • 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. | Pizza by Zach – outdoor pizza ovens on the street outside his new shop
    • 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. | Horse & Wagon Rides – thanks to Earl for bringing a team of horses - Free and first come first served
    • 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. | Santa Photos at the old Fire Hall, 2 Hay Street – hosted by the Fire Association (tree, chair, and candy canes and photographer provided)
    • 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. | Cookie Decorating & Crafts in the Nexicom Boardroom – family fun for all ages
    • 6 p.m. | Tree Lighting Ceremony in front of the Millbrook Legion. The Mayor will be invited to light the tree
