Planning Applications and Fees

Before submitting any development application, you must arrange a pre-consultation with our Planning Department in accordance with the Township's Pre-consultation By-law.

Township Applications and Fees

New: All planning act applications must be submitted through Cloudpermit.

Applications

All new developments require a development application. We accept planning applications through Cloudpermit, our online application portal. Cloudpermit is a cloud-based, e-permitting tool.

The Township of Cavan Monaghan is now accepting Planning Act applications online through Cloudpermit. This includes:

·         Official Plan amendments

·         Zoning By-law amendments

·         Minor Variances

·         Site Plan Control applications

·         Part Lot Control

There are no additional fees for using Cloudpermit.
