October Utility Bills Update

October utility bills that were impacted by the Canada Post service disruptions were mailed to customers on November 4th, 2025.  

Residents can register for paperless billing at anytime at: www.cavanmonaghan.net/gopaperless.  

Staff are available in person and by phone to assist with account inquiries during regular business hours. Call 705-932-2929 for support. A drop-off box is also available at the Municipal Office for payments and correspondence.

The Innovation Cluster supports new business start-ups form and grow their technology based companies. 

Starter Company Plus is a program designed to provide business training for entrepreneurs aged 18 and over starting or expanding a business. 

Summer Company is a perfect program for self-motivated, business minded youth looking to start a business.
