October Utility Bills Update

October utility bills that were impacted by the Canada Post service disruptions were mailed to customers on November 4th, 2025.  

Residents can register for paperless billing at anytime at: www.cavanmonaghan.net/gopaperless.  

Staff are available in person and by phone to assist with account inquiries during regular business hours. Call 705-932-2929 for support. A drop-off box is also available at the Municipal Office for payments and correspondence.

Old Millbrook School

Located at 1 Dufferin Street, Millbrook, Ontario. The Old Millbrook School is a designated heritage building. It is utilized by The EarlyON Child and Family Centre, Millbrook Branch Library, Community Policing, Millbrook Community Garden and the Millbrook District Food Share. The Old Millbrook School is situated on an expansive green-space that is ideal for outdoor recreation and the community garden.
