Ward 1

Beginning in the northeastern corner of the Township of Cavan Monaghan where the centre line of Parkhill Road West meets the municipal boundary with the City of Peterborough, following west along Parkhill Road West and continuing west along the centre line of Hayes Line to the centre line for the intersection of Orange Corners Road. Opposite the intersection of Orange Corners Road and Hayes Line, in a southerly direction along the road allowance to the centre line of Howden Quarter Line and continuing in a southerly direction south along Fire Route 1040 and road allowance south of Morton Line to the centre line of the 115 Highway.  Following the centre line in an easterly direction along the centre line of 115 Highway to the centre line of County Road 28, then in a southerly direction along the centre line of County Road 28 to the intersection of the centre line of Whitfield Road, then in an easterly direction along the centre line of Whitfield Road to the Otonabee River, then in a northerly direction along the Otonabee River to the municipal boundary with the City of Peterborough and in a westerly and northerly direction along the municipal boundary with the City of Peterborough to the point of origin.

Ward 2

Beginning where the centre line of Hayes Line meets the centre line of Orange Corners Road, in a westerly direction along the centre line of Hayes Line to the west municipal boundary with the City of Kawartha Lakes. Then in a southerly direction along the municipal boundary with the City of Kawartha Lakes to the centre line of the 115 Highway, then in a north-easterly direction to the centre line of Larmer Line, then in an easterly direction to the centre line of County Road 28, then in a northerly direction to the centre line of Highway 115, then in a westerly direction along the centre line of Highway 115 to Fire Route 1040 road allowance south of Morton Line, then in a northerly direction along the road allowance south of Morton Line and Fire Route 1040, the centre line of Howden Quarter Line and the road allowance north of Howden Quarter Line to the point of origin. 

Ward 3

Beginning where the centre line of Highway 115 meets the centre line of Larmer Line, in a south-westerly direction along the centre line of Highway 115 to the municipal boundary with the City of Kawartha Lakes, then in a southerly direction along the municipal boundary with the City of Kawartha Lakes, then in an easterly direction along the municipal boundary with the Municipality of Port Hope and in a northerly direction along the centre line of County Road 28 to the centre line of Larmer Line, then in a westerly direction to the point of origin.
