Township of Cavan Monaghan Alerts Residents to Upcoming Road Maintenance Projects
Slurry Seal and Surface Treatment Projects
The Township of Cavan Monaghan is advising residents that slurry seal and surface treatment road maintenance projects are expected to begin June 10th and continue through July, weather permitting.
A schedule for individual road maintenance work is not available as timing depends on weather conditions and the contractor’s scheduling. The Township expects all maintenance work across the municipality to be completed by mid- to late July. Residents are encouraged to watch for project signage on their roads.

During construction, roads may be reduced to one lane, and short delays can be expected. Residents are asked to use caution in work zones and follow all posted signage.
