Community Care and Peterborough County have partnered with Dillon Consulting to conduct a Public Transit Study.
They are seeking your input!
The project team has launched a community survey to better understand the needs and opportunities for expanded public transit within our community. This brief survey will help us understand what solutions are best suited to the many areas of the county, and how transit can support our residents’ travel.

Residents can also attend an Open House at the Douro Community Centre on June 25 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. to share your thoughts on the potential for local transit across our county.
This is a drop-in style event with no formal presentation, meaning you can visit, review the project information, and discuss your thoughts with the project team at any point during the open house. This is your chance to:
- View information boards outlining public transit options
- Speak directly with the project team
- Provide feedback on the key travel destinations that matter most to you
