October Utility Bills Update

October utility bills that were impacted by the Canada Post service disruptions were mailed to customers on November 4th, 2025.  

Residents can register for paperless billing at anytime at: www.cavanmonaghan.net/gopaperless.  

Staff are available in person and by phone to assist with account inquiries during regular business hours. Call 705-932-2929 for support. A drop-off box is also available at the Municipal Office for payments and correspondence.

October Utility Bills - Go Paperless or Pick Up In-person

Due to the ongoing Canada Post service disruption, October Water & Wastewater Utility Bills will be not be released to Canada Post until regular mail service resumes. 

Residents can sign up to receive utility bills directly by email at www.cavanmonaghan.net/gopaperless  

Bills will be available for pickup at the Municipal Office (988 County Rd 10, Millbrook) starting October 24, 2025. Staff are available in person and by phone to assist with account inquiries during regular business hours. Call us at 705-932-2929 to discuss your account or current billing details.

A drop-off box is also available at the Municipal Office for payments and correspondence.  Other payment options are available online at: www.cavanmonaghan.net/paymentoptions
