October Utility Bills Update

October utility bills that were impacted by the Canada Post service disruptions were mailed to customers on November 4th, 2025.  

Residents can register for paperless billing at anytime at: www.cavanmonaghan.net/gopaperless.  

Staff are available in person and by phone to assist with account inquiries during regular business hours. Call 705-932-2929 for support. A drop-off box is also available at the Municipal Office for payments and correspondence.

Entrance Permits

When a new entrance onto a Township Road is requested, or when any work, replacement or addition is made to an existing entrance onto a Township Road you require a permit. This applies to entrances with or without culverts.

Please complete the Entrance Permit Application and refer to the guidelines concerning development adjacent to Township Roads as outlined in By-law 2017-80.
