October Utility Bills Update

October utility bills that were impacted by the Canada Post service disruptions were mailed to customers on November 4th, 2025.  

Residents can register for paperless billing at anytime at: www.cavanmonaghan.net/gopaperless.  

Staff are available in person and by phone to assist with account inquiries during regular business hours. Call 705-932-2929 for support. A drop-off box is also available at the Municipal Office for payments and correspondence.

Adopt-A-Road Program

The Township of Cavan Monaghan's Adopt-A-Road Program has been established as a public service program for volunteers to enhance the local litter collection activities of the Municipality by collecting litter along the Township Road Right-of-Ways. It is an opportunity for environmentally conscious citizens to make a personal contribution to a cleaner and more beautiful environment.
