October Utility Bills Update

October utility bills that were impacted by the Canada Post service disruptions were mailed to customers on November 4th, 2025.  

Residents can register for paperless billing at anytime at: www.cavanmonaghan.net/gopaperless.  

Staff are available in person and by phone to assist with account inquiries during regular business hours. Call 705-932-2929 for support. A drop-off box is also available at the Municipal Office for payments and correspondence.

Syer Line Road Closure

October 28, 2025

Please be advised that Syer Line will be closed at the Bigelow Bridge (approximately 500 metres east of Dranoel Road) November 3rd to the 7th, 2025.  Peterborough County will be doing rehabilitation to the bridge deck platform.
