Bulk Water Station Closure - December 1st - 3rd, 2025

Please be advised that the bulk water station at the Municipal Office will be closed from December 1st to the 3rd to allow for upgrades to the system.  Water will not be available for purchase during this time.

October Utility Bills Update

October utility bills that were impacted by the Canada Post service disruptions were mailed to customers on November 4th, 2025.  

Residents can register for paperless billing at anytime at: www.cavanmonaghan.net/gopaperless.  

Staff are available in person and by phone to assist with account inquiries during regular business hours. Call 705-932-2929 for support. A drop-off box is also available at the Municipal Office for payments and correspondence.

Bulk Water Station Upgrade

The Township of Cavan Monaghan is upgrading the Bulk Water System at 988 County Road 10, Millbrook (Municipal Office) to enhance efficiency and convenience for users purchasing bulk water.

This upgrade features a new control panel and a browser-based online application portal, allowing users to:

  • Purchase bulk water online with a credit card
  • Pay in person at the Township office
  • Manage accounts online
  • Receive service updates and notifications.

The bulk water station will be closed from December 1st to the 3rd during the transition. Water will not be available for purchase during this time.
