Notice of Completion
Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA), County Road 10, Millbrook ON
The County of Peterborough (County) and the Township of Cavan Monaghan (Township) have
undertaken a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) for County Road 10, from County
Road 21 to approximately 500 m south of Larmer Line in Millbrook (please see study area figure in the enclosed notice).
This study built upon the recommendations of the County’s Transportation Master Plan (TMP)
Update, completed in 2022, and assessed transportation infrastructure needs and deficiencies to identify the roadway and intersection improvements required to improve traffic flow and active transportation conditions along County Road 10, and to support development planning within Millbrook.
