There is much to see and do in the Township, from unique shopping in Millbrook to the excitement of Kawartha Race Track Slots. The community boasts in the Arts & Culture with a variety of world class local artists and the award winning 4th Line Theatre. If the outdoors is your pleasure, remember to take a walk along the stunning Millbrook Valley Trails and experience the thrill of trout fishing in the various ponds and streams throughout the Township.
Due to the weather conditions, Recycling Collection and Garbage Collection in the Township of Cavan Monaghan, has been cancelled for January 27th, 2012. Residents can save their recycling and garbage until next Friday or take it to the Transfer Station, 1427 Syer Line during regular hours.
Transfer Station Hours – Monday, Friday and Saturday – 9 am to 5 pm.
The Free Household Hazardous Waste Drop Off event – Is Still On – for Saturday, January 28th – 1:30 – 4:30 pm at County Roads Depot, 1111 County Road 10, Millbrook.
