Please be advised that the Fallis Line closure from Valleyview Drive east to County Road 10 will be extended to May 21, 2018. The extension of the closure is due to the unforeseen weather conditions experienced this month. Only emergency vehicles and local traffic to homes in the area will be permitted. Detour via Larmer Line will be clearly marked with signs. We apologize for any inconvenience the construction may cause and we appreciate your cooperation throughout the construction process....

The Provincial Emergency Operations Centre (PEOC) continues to track a winter storm system that is forecast to impact Southern and Central portions of the province this weekend. This storm system is expected to bring a mixture of precipitation types, with the potential for total accumulations in the 50 mm to 100 mm range before it dissipates on Monday. Please be advised that there will be a road closure of King Street from February 26, 2018 at 7am until February 28th, 2018 7pm between Allen Lane and Tupper Street. Businesses will still be open. As previously announced, the reconstruction of County Road 21 (King Street West) is occurring in phases with the first phase nearing completion between Cavan Street to Main Street. Second phase of construction from Main Street to Huston/Queen Street is anticipated to be near completion by mid December 2017.
